Shop elsewhere and save yourself the aggravation! I have had nothing but trouble with Vision One, run by Kim Stewart, O.D. They have the absolute WORST customer service and public relations skills of any business I have EVER done business with. My repeated requests to speak directly with Kim have been met with responses that "she is too busy" or "She is not here". I have given this company every opportunity to rectify the unsatisfactory experience and when I think that their customer service can't possibly bet any worse, I am proven wrong! I will spread this news to each and every person I come into contact with.
